(The free Solo plan has no trial; it's just free, forever.)

Anytime, no drama. Upgrading is instant and pro-rated so you only pay the difference. Canceling takes about 30 seconds from your account settings. No phone calls, no "retention specialists," no guilt trip. We'd rather earn your business than trap you in it.

A booking fee on each deposit that depends on your plan: 6% + $0.30 on the free Solo plan, 4.9% + $0.30 on the Shop plan — all-in, with no separate platform fee. Upgrading to Shop buys the rate down. We don't hold your money; deposits land directly in your own connected Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank on a schedule you control.

We remind you before the 14-day trial ends, and if you haven't picked a plan yet, new bookings pause — but your calendar, existing appointments, and client data stay exactly as they are, and you can export everything anytime.
